Ravens part ways with Justin Tucker

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has been let go.

This decision follows serious allegations against him just ten days after the Ravens selected Arizona kicker Tyler Loop in the draft. Over the past few months, 16 massage therapists from various Baltimore-area spas have accused Tucker of inappropriate sexual conduct. Some therapists claimed his behavior was so problematic that they either cut their sessions short or refused to treat him again.

Tucker has denied these accusations, labeling them as “explicitly false.”

Since signing as an undrafted free agent in 2012, Tucker has built an impressive legacy in Baltimore. He holds the record for the longest field goal in NFL history at 66 yards and boasts the highest career field goal percentage at 89.1%.

Additionally, he was honored to be a part of the Ravens team that went to seven Pro Bowls, earned five first-team All-Pro selections, and won Super Bowl XLVII, as well as being recognized as a member of the NFL’s All-Decade Team in the 2010s.

In a statement shared on social media, the Ravens referred to this as a football-related decision, following the draft of kicker Loop in the sixth round.

This is an evolving story and will be updated.
