Here’s a quick look at some companies that are making waves in after-hours trading:
Arista Networks has seen a decline of 7%. While the first-quarter revenues came in slightly above LSEG’s consensus, reaching $200 million against an expectation of $197 million, adjusted earnings were also better than anticipated at 65 cents per share, surpassing the 59 cents predicted by analysts.
Super Micro Computer shares dropped by about 5% after the company fell short of expectations for its third fiscal quarter and revised its outlook for the next three months. Super Micro reported revenue of $4.6 billion with earnings of 31 cents per share, whereas analysts had anticipated earnings of 50 cents and revenue of $5.42 billion.
Advanced Micro Devices saw a rise of nearly 4%. This uptick follows reports of revenues that exceeded initial first-quarter predictions, with AMD reporting earnings of 96 cents per share and a total revenue of $7.444 billion, while analysts expected 94 cents and $7.13 billion, respectively.
Wynn Resorts experienced a 2% decline. Their adjusted revenue for the first quarter was reported at $1.07 per share on total revenue of $1.7 billion, failing to meet the LSEG consensus which projected earnings of $1.19 per share and revenues of $1.74 billion.
Electronic Arts shares jumped 5% after its fourth-quarter adjusted revenue surpassed Wall Street’s estimates. The company announced adjusted revenues of $1.8 billion while analysts had predicted $1.56 billion. Additionally, Electronic Arts provided a promising forecast for its 2026 booking guidance.
Sarepta Therapeutics faced a significant drop of 23%. Despite first-quarter revenues exceeding LSEG’s consensus forecasts, the company noted challenges and subsequently lowered its guidance for full-year revenue.
Upstart Holdings shares in the AI lending space fell 17%. Although the company issued revenue guidance for both the current quarter and the year, which was just slightly above Wall Street predictions, it did manage to exceed analyst expectations for the first quarter.
