However, as public interest grows regarding tensions within famous families, social media observers have dug up an intriguing exchange between brothers Romeo and Cruz Beckham.
It seems the siblings had a laugh at Brooklyn Beckham’s wife, Nicola Peltz, during a recent Instagram comment thread.
The situation escalated when Peltz praised Romeo’s ex-girlfriend, Mia Regan, with a comment on an April 5th photo saying, “So beautiful Mia.”
Just a couple of days later, Cruz chimed in with, “A very beautiful Romeo,” adding sparkling emojis and pink hearts.
Romeo responded with crying emojis, prompting some of his followers to call out the playful yet “childish” nature of the back-and-forth.
This playful dynamic continued, particularly right after Peltz made her comment. It was almost like a pattern emerged, with Cruz following suit on the same post and using the same emojis.
Interestingly, reps for Peltz, Romeo, and Cruz did not respond to requests for comments on this matter.
Since April, rumors have surfaced that Brooklyn is currently not on speaking terms with Romeo.
During this time, both Brooklyn and Peltz notably skipped out on attending significant family events like David Beckham’s recent birthday celebrations in Miami and London.
Reports suggest that Peltz has grown weary of what she perceives as a “toxic” environment fostered by David and Victoria Beckham toward Brooklyn. Allegedly, this tension has been brewing since she and Brooklyn married in April 2022.
The situation seems to have intensified, especially after an earlier dispute with Victoria concerning wedding arrangements in Florida—something both she and Brooklyn have denied even occurred.
The couple, who have been together since 2019, are reportedly trying to solidify their life in the United States as family conflicts continue to unfold.
