The University of North Carolina (UNC) has dismissed rumors about Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, being unwelcome at their facilities.
According to reports, UNC clarified on May 9 that Hudson was not banned from the Tar Heels’ field or facilities. Their statement noted, “While Jordon Hudson is not an employee of the college or Carolina track and field, she is welcome to use Carolina’s soccer facilities.”
The statement also mentioned, “Jordon will continue to manage activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand, aside from her responsibilities concerning Carolina football and college matters.”
This response came after ESPN personality Pablo Torre suggested on May 9 that “Higher UPS” at UNC had decided Hudson couldn’t access the Tar Heels’ facilities. Torre quoted a source as saying, “Don’t think Jordon hears a lot from moving forward.”
This speculation follows a blunder that Hudson made during a CBS interview with Belichick. Since then, she has faced scrutiny, sharing evidence on social media to clarify details about her relationship with Belichick and the interview situation.
As for public comments regarding the ban rumors at UNC, Hudson has remained silent. Additionally, she is reportedly preparing for the Miss Maine USA pageant, which is set to occur in Portland, Maine, on the weekend of May 10th.
