This incident showcased a different side of Miami Heat.
A driver in a Porsche shot another person in the foot after a confrontation over parking outside an Airbnb in Miami.
On April 11, Anthony Christopher Russian, 29, from Tampa, was in his White Porsche Macan. Reports indicate that he was visibly frustrated with another driver for what he perceived as a slow parking job.
The other individual had finally managed to squeeze into what he described as a “too narrow” space when Russian confronted him, claiming he had taken too long.
After returning to the Airbnb, the victim suddenly heard a gunshot and felt an intense burning sensation in his right foot. He was subsequently taken to a nearby hospital and later identified Russian from a police lineup.
Russian was arrested on Wednesday and faces charges of attempted murder, as well as using a firearm during the commission of a felony.
A judge in Miami-Dade has ordered him to be held without bail regarding the attempted murder charge.
