Sean “Diddy” Combs’ key accuser, Kathy Ventura’s husband, is set to testify in a Manhattan federal court on Monday concerning serious allegations against the hip-hop mogul.
Alex Fein, who is 32, tied the knot with the 38-year-old R&B artist after it was revealed she split with Combs in 2019.
Fein, who works as Combs’ personal trainer, met Ventura at a gym.
Upon arriving at the courthouse later in the afternoon, Fein was seen with a serious expression, donning black sunglasses, a dark T-shirt, and black pants.
Ventura, who is eight months pregnant with their third child, indicated earlier on Monday that she hopes to take the stand against Combs.
The singer, known for her hit “Me&U,” alleges sexual and physical abuse by the 55-year-old Combs.
According to prosecutors, one shocking incident involved Combs urinating in Ventura’s mouth during a “freak-off” sex party.
“Kathy will share that when Combs did that, she felt like she was choking,” prosecutor Emily Johnson informed the judge.
Additionally, Combs was caught on camera allegedly attacking Ventura in the hallway of a hotel in Los Angeles back in 2016, a clip that was reviewed by the court on Monday.
In a separate Instagram post from May 2024, he emphasized, “A man who assaults a woman is not a man, and those who enable such behavior aren’t either.”
He continued by stating that the women in their lives—daughters, sisters, mothers—deserve to feel safe and loved, adding that men who harm women have a deep-seated hatred toward them.
