Arrest Made in Connection with Suspected Arson of Prime Minister’s Properties

A man has been arrested in relation to suspected arson incidents involving two residential properties and a vehicle associated with British Prime Minister Kielstama.

Counterterrorism officers are conducting an investigation into a series of fires affecting properties linked to the Prime Minister. Police reported that a 21-year-old man was arrested early Tuesday morning on allegations of arson that was purportedly aimed at endangering his life, connected to three separate incidents.

Emergency services responded to a fire in Kentish Town, London, early Monday. This location is believed to be a family residence owned by Prime Minister Starmer, noted for his recent relocation between the official Downing Street residence and other locations.

According to reports, Kiel rented this house during his tenure as Prime Minister.

The fire was described as “small” and caused no injuries. Nevertheless, the investigation is expanding, as this incident marks the third fire in four days involving properties owned by the Prime Minister.

Metropolitan police are treating these fires as interconnected. The first incident occurred on Thursday, May 8th, involving a vehicle fire on Kentish Town Street, sharing the same NW5 postcode. Reports suggest the burned vehicle is “linked” to the Prime Minister.

The second fire occurred on Sunday, May 11th, at another property in the N7 postcode area (Holloway and Islington), also said to be owned by the Prime Minister. This was followed by the fire at the Prime Minister’s family residence, which gained public attention the following morning.

Authorities have labeled all three fires as suspicious, with counter-terrorism police taking the lead in the investigation “as a precautionary measure” due to prior associations with public figures whose properties are well-known.
