Oasis Co-Manager Confirms Reunion Tour Will Be Their Last
A co-manager for Oasis has stated that the band is not planning to produce any new music, and the upcoming reunion tour in 2025 will mark their final performances.
Alec McKinley mentioned, “As Noel has shared publicly, this is definitely the last time. For fans who haven’t seen them before, that’s significant, as there aren’t plans for new music.”
This tour will see the Gallagher brothers back together after years of public disputes, kicking off in Cardiff on July 4th, and spanning 41 shows across the UK, Ireland, North America, East Asia, Australia, and South America.
Demand for tickets has been intense, with millions of fans trying to secure theirs online. However, some were taken aback by higher prices due to dynamic pricing strategies.
McKinley, who has managed Oasis since 1993 and is the director of their label, Big Brother, noted, “Perhaps the most thrilling surprise regarding the reunion announcement is its massive international appeal. We anticipated growth here, but it’s not entirely intuitive. Still, we were aware of a strong fan base beyond the UK, particularly for shows at MetLife Stadiums in Pasadena and New York.”
As part of the lead-up to this tour, Oasis has recently reissued a single, and their debut album is marking 30 years since it first reached No. 1 in September 2024. Their compilation album hasn’t left the UK’s Top 100 since 2017.
In April, it was reported that the Gallagher brothers performed together for the first time since their split in 2009, filming promotional content at a club in North London.
