Settlement Details in Lawsuit Against Diddy Revealed

Singer Cathy recently disclosed undisclosed figures from her settlement with Sean “Diddy” Combs related to the high-profile lawsuit that led to criminal allegations against him.

In her testimony at a federal court in Manhattan, Cathy, a key witness, revealed that Diddy ultimately settled the matter for $20 million.

“Who exactly gave you the $20 million?” prosecutor Emily Johnson asked Cathy during her cross-examination.

“Shawn and his company,” Cathy responded.

Her civil lawsuit echoed earlier claims against those involved in Diddy’s alleged wrongdoing over the past couple of days, with testimony related to assault cases. Cathy, whose full name is Cassandra Ventura, filed her lawsuit on November 16, 2023, and reached a settlement with the rapper shortly thereafter.

The alarming allegations made by Ventura prompted a federal investigation into Combs.

Combs has pleaded not guilty, with his attorney suggesting that the victim was actually participating voluntarily in what has been referred to as a “Frak-Off” sex marathon.
