The New York Jets are embracing a new chapter.
As the era of Aaron Rodgers and Robert Saleh comes to a close, it appears that Justin Fields and Aaron Glenn are ready to take the reins.
“I feel like I’m improving every year, and I’m really looking forward to what this season holds,” Fields shared, reflecting on a successful 4-2 record as the starter for the Steelers last year.
This season with the Jets, Fields, who’s now 26, will be teaming up with notable players like Breece Hall, Garrett Wilson, Sauce Gardner, and Jamien Sherwood, in addition to recent additions like Brandon Stephens and Chris Boyd.
“These guys are tough, physical, and resilient,” he mentioned when talking about the 2025 draft class.
If all goes as planned, the team is aiming to rebound from a rough 5-12 season in 2024, potentially even making a playoff run for the first time since 2011.
To reach that goal, they’ll need to tackle some serious opponents. The Jets will face the Pittsburgh Steelers at home for their opener on September 7. Other significant home games include clashes against the Buffalo Bills (September 14), the Dallas Cowboys (October 5), and the New England Patriots (December 28).
Also, Gang Green will hit the international stage on October 12, when they take on the Denver Broncos at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
If you’re interested in catching the action, tickets for all nine home games are available now.
