Marcus Jordan shares milestone in sobriety following DUI arrest

Marcus Jordan Reflects on Health Journey Post-Arrest

Marcus Jordan recently shared updates about his health journey, nearly three months after his DUI arrest. In a post on Instagram Stories, the 34-year-old son of NBA legend Michael Jordan mentioned he is “counting 40 days of plain count” while documenting his workout sessions.

He drew attention earlier this year when he was arrested in Florida for DUI after police discovered his Lamborghini SUV stuck on a railroad track.

Dashcam footage depicted Marcus speeding away from police, which added a dramatic twist to the situation. He is currently facing felony possession charges for ketamine and has pleaded not guilty.

Following the incident, his attorneys expressed a desire for him to enter a substance abuse program, noting that he “recognizes he needs help” to tackle his alcohol and drug-related challenges.

As reported, Marcus is committed to becoming a responsible member of society. His participation in pre-trial substance abuse education is seen as beneficial not just for him, but also for the community, potentially reducing future crime rates.

Marcus is one of three children born to Michael Jordan and his ex-wife Juanita Banoi. His siblings include 36-year-old son Jeffrey and 32-year-old daughter Jasmine.

In recent years, Marcus has also gained media attention due to his on-and-off relationship with Larsa Pippen, a star of “The Real Housewives of Miami” and ex-wife of former teammate Scottie Pippen. Larsa has since moved on and is now with former basketball player Jeff Coby.
