New Developments in Diddy Combs’ Trial
In a recent turn of events, an exotic dancer known as “Punisher” shared his experience of performing for Sean Diddy Combs alongside his former partner, Cassie Ventura. This testimony unfolded in a Manhattan Federal Court during Combs’ ongoing trial related to sex trafficking.
Sharay Hayes recounted an incident from 2012 when he turned on the TV in his hotel room and spotted a welcome message for Sean Combs. According to reports, the setting was Trump Tower, located near Central Park.
Hayes claimed he was hired to enact “sexy and erotic scenes” with Cassie Ventura, who at that time was Diddy’s girlfriend. He stated that his face was concealed by a veil, and it wasn’t until later that he discovered the identity of the man watching. “I couldn’t see his face; he was dressed like Muslim women do,” Hayes remarked.
The 51-year-old testified that he was instructed not to speak to or acknowledge the man in the room. He described how Ventura greeted him in a bathrobe, and there were about eight to twelve similar encounters while Diddy observed. Hayes reported that Ventura paid him $800 to perform a sensual scene and asked him to apply baby oil on them.
During these sessions, he noted that Diddy provided specific directions, such as adjusting candles and encouraging intimacy between the performers. According to Hayes, Ventura sometimes reacted defensively or hesitantly to Diddy’s suggestions and occasionally sought explicit consent for various actions.
In prior testimony, Ventura accused Diddy of verbal, physical, and sexual abuse throughout their relationship from 2006 to 2018. She had previously mentioned that Diddy found pleasure in watching her engage in sexual activities with other men.
Diddy, now 55, was arrested in September 2024 and has pleaded not guilty to charges including assault, sex trafficking, and facilitating prostitution.
