Bubba Watson is optimistic about the LIV Golf Individual Championship at Chatham Hills.

Bubba Watson has been in Indiana for several weeks now.

While there, he likely caught a glimpse of the various sports scene, especially last week. He made an appearance on Pat McAfee’s show, watched Caitlin Clark’s Fever squad in action, and seemed to take in the local atmosphere. If only the Pacers were playing!

This week, Watson was in Hoosier to promote the upcoming LIV Golf Individual Championships scheduled for August at Chatham Hills. Plus, it was a bonus that the Indy 500 was taking place this weekend.

Watson has often mentioned how Indiana is a hub for sports, and his presence, especially with major golf events like the LIV championships, seems to amplify that notion.

The LIV season has been a bit challenging for Bubba’s team, the Rangegoats GC, which is currently ranked eighth in the standings.

Fortunately, there’s still plenty of time to make improvements before August arrives.
