Rep. Jamie Ruskin Criticizes Trump’s Approach to Law Enforcement

On Friday, Representative Jamie Ruskin (D-MD) expressed his strong discontent regarding President Donald Trump’s management style, describing it as a “completely lawless enforcement unit.”

“This situation is entirely lawless,” Ruskin remarked. “The administration shouldn’t be able to dictate terms to American higher education or press organizations like newspapers and television networks. While they’re unable to control law firms or private entities, they can still impose their influence with a mere $1. It’s already been a month since this situation began.”

He noted, “There are unprecedented injunctions arising from the chaos of this administration. Currently, more than 160 preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders are in place. Our history anticipates this kind of reaction because we have a lawless enforcement unit aiming to dominate every facet of society. That’s part of why we elected them. They’ve somehow both lowered and raised the price of eggs.”
