Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs' former partner breaks down in tears at court, recounting how he would make her continue during drug-fueled sexual marathons that left her drained.

The former girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs broke down in court recently while recounting her challenging experiences with the music mogul. She testified about her futile attempts to put an end to what he called a “freak-off” and the extreme measures she took to prepare for lengthy sexual encounters.

A witness, known as “Jane Doe,” shared her experiences during Combs’ sex trafficking trial in Manhattan, revealing that he needed to “refuel” like an athlete and took various drugs for these marathon sessions that stretched over three days.

Jane explained that she not only used ecstasy for these extended “hotel nights” but also consumed caffeine, water, smoothies, and protein shakes to keep up with the exhausting demands from Combs, who is the founder of Bad Boy Records.

When asked by prosecutor Mohren Comey who had the final say on whether to continue or stop, she replied, “Shawn.” This moment led to an emotional reaction, with Combs initially choking up and then wiping away tears.

The concept of “freak-off” is central to the prosecution’s case regarding sex trafficking and allegations of assault against Combs.

An unnamed social media influencer, who is expected to testify for several more days, previously mentioned that a significant portion—around 90%—of her three-year relationship with Combs revolved around these tactics and filming sessions linked to the “freak-off.”

Jane, who was Combs’ last girlfriend until her arrest in September 2024, has earlier claimed he abused her and compelled her to have unprotected relations with other men.

On the stand, Jane stated that Combs frequently referred to her as a “freak” during their time together. She recounted feeling pressured to engage in sexual activity without a condom, recounting his discomfort with seeing a rubber, saying he preferred not to “see the rubber while he was watching.”

She admitted that, despite her reluctance, she felt compelled to use drugs to cope with the emotional strain of their encounters. “If I don’t, it feels too realistic,” she said, explaining how the substances helped her manage the situation.

Jane highlighted that her longest “hotel night” lasted around three and a half days, while her briefest was just 12 hours. Between May 2021 and October 2023, she noted these “freak-offs” typically lasted between 24 to 30 hours.

She testified that she often attempted to signal to Combs that she was growing tired. “Are you tired of me?” she asked at times, to which he would respond, “Let’s finish strong. Let’s finish high.”

Combs, now 55, has pleaded not guilty to charges that could potentially result in a life sentence if he is convicted.
