Scott Wolf Confirms Divorce from Kelly Wolf
Scott Wolf, the 57-year-old actor known for his role in “Party of Five,” has publicly addressed his recent divorce from his wife, Kelly Wolf. He revealed that he was the one who initiated the divorce proceedings, which he described as “the most difficult decision of my life.”
In his statement, Scott shared that after 21 years of marriage, he made the challenging choice to file for divorce. He emphasized that their children will always remain his top priority, stating, “Our children have been and will always be the love of our lives.”
Court documents show that Scott officially filed for divorce in Utah on June 9, just days after they celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary on May 29.
Reportedly, he also submitted a “suggested parenting plan,” though details about this plan remain confidential.
A few days prior to the announcement, Scott hinted at personal struggles. On May 25, he shared a puzzling video on social media discussing themes of darkness and personal growth, stating, “Your lowest point is the doorway to your highest self.” The video reflected on the profound changes that can come from hardship, urging viewers to embrace evolution and self-discovery.
His estranged wife, Kelly, also took to social media to share her feelings about the split. In an emotional Instagram post, she expressed both sorrow and hope as they move forward separately. “It’s been a long and quiet journey for me,” she acknowledged, noting her focus on their children and the importance of handling the situation with care.
Scott and Kelly’s marriage began on May 29, 2004, after they dated for two years. Together, they have three children: Jackson (16), Miller (12), and Lucy (11).
In addition to his work on “Party of Five,” Scott has appeared in various roles, including his role in “Nine.” Meanwhile, Kelly gained fame as a contestant on MTV’s “Real World: New Orleans” in 2000.
Concluding her post, Kelly mentioned her commitment to moving forward with peace and integrity, urging respect for their family’s privacy during this challenging time. “Healing is not loud. It is sacred,” she reminded her followers.
