Trump curses on live television

Trump drops an f-bomb on live TV

On Tuesday, President Trump used a profanity during a live broadcast from the White House while commenting on the delicate situation between Israel and Iran. He suggested that both countries have been at odds for so long that they seem confused about their actions.

“These two nations have fought so hard for so long that they don’t really know what they’re doing,” Trump remarked to reporters as he departed for the NATO summit in Hoge.

This comment followed Trump’s announcement about a ceasefire between Israel and Tehran, which was reportedly negotiated after a recent US airstrike on Iran’s nuclear site.

This instance wasn’t the first time Trump had used such strong language in public; he is, in fact, not the only president to do so. Throughout his time in the White House, various comments he made while speaking with reporters have gained attention.

The remark made its way onto network television and was shared widely across social media platforms.

“Sometimes, the most effective thing to say is the ‘F’ bomb. It really expresses how you feel,” stated General Michael Flynn, who briefly served as Trump’s national security adviser. He later shared a clip of Trump’s comments online.

“I want him to address Congress like that. Do your f***ing job!!!” Flynn added in a follow-up post.

Others questioned Trump’s approach, suggesting that while many presidents have been caught using profanity, none have embraced it as publicly as he does.

Campaign Comments…

Reflecting on his 2022 campaign in Alaska, Trump recalled a conversation with soldiers about defeating ISIS, humorously quoting a soldier and eliciting laughter from the crowd.

Later that year, during an event with California Republicans, Trump again used profanity, urging they take action against Biden, which received cheers from attendees.

Oval Office Slip…

<pWhile in office, Trump accidentally used a curse word when his microphone was on just before addressing the nation about the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020.

“Ah, f —,” he had remarked, noticing a pen mark.

They’ve Done It Too…

Former Vice President Biden also had a moment caught on a hot mic, where he expressed, “This is a big f—ing deal,” during a signing ceremony for the Affordable Care Act with President Obama.

Other former presidents have also been known to use colorful language and often face criticism for their remarks.

In a 2022 interview with Rolling Stone, Obama referred to his political opponent Mitt Romney as a “bullshitter,” showcasing that salty language isn’t entirely uncommon among those in power.
