Pat McAfee Discusses Absence from WWE “RAW”
Pat McAfee has notably been absent from WWE’s “RAW” for the past three weeks. On Monday, he shared his thoughts on the situation during his “Pat McAfee Show.”
He mentioned, “I was pretty tired there,” which he cited as the reason for his recent absence.
Despite his explanation, many fans seemed uninterested. On Wednesday, he took to X to reiterate, “I was pretty exhausted.”
In a playful jab at his critics, he added, “You’re not tired of enough bitches. You need to get rid of the dirt,” referencing the backlash he faced from wrestling fans for being fatigued.
McAfee also shared multiple screenshots of fans voicing their frustrations regarding his time away.
One user bluntly remarked, “Trust us, no one cares about you being gone. In fact, we enjoy it.” Another added, “We’re pretty tired as he gives commentary.”
Since joining Michael Cole in early 2025, McAfee has been a prominent color commentator for “RAW” while also hosting ESPN’s “College Gameday.” WWE runs a 52-week annual schedule, including various live events.
While he didn’t specify his return, McAfee hinted he might be back for “Night Champions” this Saturday in Saudi Arabia. He concluded his post with a lighthearted note, expressing excitement about the future. “Thank you very much. I’m excited about the future of my life.”
