Earlier this year, Bilt sought input from its members regarding new card options. They’ve taken those insights to heart, announcing three new credit cards tailored to member preferences. Moreover, with an additional $250 million in funding, the company is accelerating its expansion into other housing sectors, creating an exciting opportunity for members to earn points on mortgage payments.
Here’s what you should know.
New Bilt Rewards Cards Arriving in 2026
Bilt Rewards is recognized for its ongoing innovations, yet there has been a noticeable lag in its credit card offerings. That’s set to change. In February 2026, Bilt plans to launch three new cards in partnership with Cardless. These new offerings, informed by feedback from many Bilt members, will include unreleased cards as well as options with annual fees of $95 and $495.
At that point, current cardholders of the BiltMasterCard® will transition to the new card platform managed by Wells Fargo.
“We’ll ensure a smooth transition, allowing you to learn all details, select your preference, and shift to a new card without any hassle,” Jain mentioned.
Regarding the new cards, Jain emphasized that the premium options “won’t follow the path of offering high fees alongside an overload of coupons.”
While specific details about the new cards are still under wraps, Bilt has promised to share information regarding the issuing partner, reward systems, card perks, and the transition process in early fall.
Bilt is Broadening Its Residential Offerings
Bilt is branching out into more residential areas, including direct collaborations with mortgage providers. They have particularly highlighted a new partnership with United Wholesale Mortgage. Jain remarked that Bilt’s approach is akin to what is being done with his real estate management. This strategy aims to establish a comprehensive platform for mortgage services, enabling individuals to earn points from various mortgage payment methods.
While further details are expected in the fall, Jain affirmed that Bilt will continue refining its current invoice payment solution over the upcoming months.
Recent partnerships with organizations like Douglas Elliman and Century Living will soon let homeowners earn points through homeowners association fees. Additionally, Bilt is venturing into student housing via a partnership with Blackstone’s American Campus Communities, allowing some students to start accumulating points with housing payments immediately.
Conclusion
Bilt is strategically utilizing its resources by securing more funding, diversifying residential offerings, and introducing three new Bilt Rewards cards. The various methods for earning points are among the key reasons Bilt Rewards received independent recognition in July 2025.
We’ll keep you updated with any new information about these upcoming cards and how they may impact current Bilt cardholders. Stay tuned.
