The property, located at 39 Fairfield Pond Lane, has been listed by billionaire hedge fund manager Zack Schreiber and comes fully furnished. Schreiber, founder of PointState Capital, originally purchased the lot for $24 million back in 2013, as indicated by deed records.

If it sells at the listed price, this estate would surpass the previous high for a single lot in the area, which was $115 million last year for a nearly 9-acre property featuring a 10,500-square-foot home at 408 Further Lane.

This newly renovated residence covers 9,500 square feet on a 3.4-acre lot. Interestingly, a nearby property on the same street is on the market for a comparatively modest $89 million, despite boasting a private 9-hole golf course.

In fact, while the Hamptons are home to properties with significantly higher theoretical values—like Ira Renato’s compound estimated at over $425 million—these can feel somewhat impractical given the sheer scale, a 110,000-square-foot mansion sprawled over 65 acres.

Should the sale go through, it’s hard not to see how much attention this property will garner, especially considering it shares a property line with Renato’s estate.

The home is designed with both elegance and functionality in mind. With seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, it features luxury amenities such as a professional tennis court, a heated pool, and an inviting great room for vehicles; it’s a quirky addition, but why not? The aim here seems to be to draw in serious buyers by offering a completely furnished experience in a desirable location.

Terry Cohen, the listing agent, mentioned, “This could be your forever home,” which feels like an invitation to imagine life in such a stunning place.

With ample space for outdoor entertaining, several wellness amenities, and spectacular views of the Atlantic, it’s hard to overlook the charm this property holds. Not to mention the beach access, with stairs leading right down to the sandy shore.

Reflecting on its past, this property transitioned from a simple beach house with a potato field behind it in 1945 to the luxurious dwelling it is today. Initially a wood-framed cottage without heating, it has undergone a significant transformation that caters to modern-day tastes.
