A collector’s ideal New York City apartment sells in a day for $9 million in cash.

The son of entrepreneur and collector Alexander Zweig, along with his late father Martin Zweig, has successfully found a buyer for their $9 million Tribeca loft, according to sources. All-cash transactions are set to finalize on Wednesday, with the buyer identified as residing at 62 Beach Cent Erie.

The loft showcases stylish aesthetics, taking cues from the nearby Greenwich Hotel. Spanning over 3,350 square feet, the sixth-floor unit combines two apartments and features two bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms, serving as a backdrop for Zweig’s remarkable collection of memorabilia.

This collection includes items like Charlie Sheen’s helmet from “Platoon,” Clint Eastwood’s gun from “Dirty Harry,” and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s shotgun from “Terminator 2: Judgment Day.” Among other curiosities, there’s even John Belushi’s driver’s license displayed in a powder room alongside memorabilia from “Edward Scissorhands.”

The collection extends beyond film artifacts to include sports memorabilia, art, and an array of photographs, such as black-and-white images of Kate Moss by Mario Testino, vintage typewriters, and rare books.

In 2012, Zweig purchased one of the units for $2.89 million, followed by another in 2013 for $3 million, and then undertook a renovation that took six years to merge the two.

The loft presents an elegant foyer leading into an expansive room with red brick walls and distinctive tin ceilings. The living and dining space includes a wet bar and a chef’s kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar. Unique design features include ample natural light thanks to numerous windows, along with pocket doors leading to a home office.

The main bedroom boasts cove lighting and a spacious walk-through closet, along with en-suite spa baths. Both the bedroom and the office open up onto a courtyard-facing balcony.

Located in what was once the Coffee, Tea and Spice Warehouse, a Fisher Mills building from 1860, the residence now serves as a full-service condominium. The renovation was executed by architect Jill Diamant of DHD Architecture & Interior Design, with interior design by Emilee Pearson.
