The star tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs has been leasing the upscale property in Boca Raton at the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club since April. Following their loss in the 2025 Super Bowl to the Philadelphia Eagles, he’s been focusing on his fitness routine.
As reported, the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is not just a solo retreat; he’s been accompanied by his best friend, Lost Ravis, and his longtime personal chef, Kumar Ferguson. He’s even brought along some impressive wheels including a Rolls-Royce Ghost, a Maybach SUV, and a Cadillac Escalade.
The mansion, built in 2020, boasts several luxurious amenities: a pool complete with a waterfall, a home theater, a spa, a private dock, and a wine room with a bar. Plus, there’s round-the-clock security to ensure privacy.
According to a previous listing, the property offers “private access to a covered balcony with stunning island views.” The kitchen is outfitted with wooden cabinets, high-end Wolf appliances, and a breakfast bar that makes meal prep a breeze, featuring space for ten at the dining table.

Kelce, who is 35 years old, is currently training at Johnny O’s gym under strength and conditioning coach Andrews Pullill. His diet is being closely managed as well, with home-cooked, protein-rich meals prepared by his childhood friend Ferguson.
