A Prayer for Those Grieving the Tragic Washington, D.C. Crash

In the world where we live in Fall, we cannot predict when the tragedy will attack or how close it will be.

People all over the United States have a jet of American Airlines clashing with Washington DC military helicopters on Thursday morning, and all people, both airplanes and helicopters, are dying, dying, and their rescue efforts are changing. I woke up with the tragic news.

Michael Foust, a contributor of Crosswalk.com, reported on the crash: 。 The law enforcement agency said that it had collided with a black Hawk helicopter carrying three passengers in a training mission. The plane was Bombardy CRJ700. I am afraid that all 67 people are dead. “

This morning, there are crash news on news sites and social media as a whole. Click here for details of the crash. But when you are reading the details of this tragic event, you should know that we will someday all right and serve all the tears (all tears)Rev. 21: 4) So instead of despair, we can look at him with sadness.

Let's pray together.

Lord, for us, this was another moment on Thursday morning. We woke up thinking about what we did, made breakfast, and took out the children from the door to the school. However, we subsequently scrolled social media posts that turned on the news and warned us about the terrible tragedy and loss of life. It reminded us that our temporary self -satisfaction shakes us and that everything should not be in the world.

So, this morning, we will put our personal struggles aside and focus on the sad people. We pray to the family of all people who lost their lives on both the plane and helicopter. Surround them in a loving and compassionate support system today and in the future of sadness. When no one can find it, give them hope -it is a peace that you can't understand the world because you come from you.

We acknowledge that you are a deprivation and take it, and we do not always understand why this side understands the aspect of heaven. But we know that you have never left or abandoned us. We know that each life is valuable for you, and you can count each hair in our heads because you know each of us very closely (Luka 12: 7)

Jesus, we remember your words that you will send the Holy Spirit to be with us. You called him a comforter, and we are looking for his comfort for his comfort for those who are sad. We pray that he is still worried and desperate for his heart, and we pray that he will draw people through this tragedy.

Father, we also pray for the first respondents and for everyone involved in rescue and recovery initiatives. We pray that you will be able to lead their steps and allow them to serve with diligent and kindness. We boldly pray for your guidance that you can find each body so that the process of closure and healing begins.

Finally, we pray for everyone traveling today. This tragedy caused fear of many people trying to fly on an airplane. We seek the guarantee that there is nothing from your peace and your control, and there is nothing outside your plan. Give all the airline passengers today, and give your pilots and crew your wisdom.

We will boldly pray for all of you knowing that you will welcome us on the grace throne.

With the name of Jesus
Amen.
