A chaotic street fight erupted in West Hollywood’s Rainbow District, captured on video, where multiple individuals were throwing punches in a crowded area filled with bars. In a shocking moment, one person was dragged into oncoming traffic during the brawl.

This violent altercation took place late at night on a weekend, specifically around 1 a.m. on Sunday, near the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and San Vicente. Reports indicated a flurry of activity, with fists flying and bystanders attempting to protect themselves as they scrambled for safety.

It’s not clear what triggered the fight, but footage reveals a group of almost a dozen people engaged in the fray on the sidewalk. Some participants were throwing punches while others tried, albeit unsuccessfully, to break up the conflict.

Amidst the chaos, terrified bystanders voiced their concerns, loudly questioning the absence of police while some attempted to intervene to prevent others from joining the fight.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies arrived after receiving reports of the disturbance, but by the time they got to the scene, the crowd had already started to disperse.

As of now, details regarding the individuals involved remain undisclosed, and it is uncertain if any investigation is underway.

This particular incident is now the second violent occurrence in the Rainbow District in under a month, raising concerns about safety in this vibrant nightlife area.

A previous disturbance on March 21 involved an altercation that spilled out of a bar and onto the sidewalk, resulting in injuries to two victims who were attacked after leaving the venue. The attackers fled before police could arrive, with no arrests made in that case.

Although there’s no indication yet whether there were serious injuries resulting from Sunday’s fight, video evidence shows people falling hard onto the pavement as punches were exchanged.
