Aaron Phypers claims Denise Richards harassed him while denying domestic violence.

Aaron Phypers has denied Denise Richards’ allegations of domestic violence, asserting instead that his estranged wife has been “abusive.”

The 53-year-old filed a response to claims made by Richards back in July, which resulted in a temporary restraining order being put in place. Reports suggest Phypers opted to check a box indicating he “doesn’t agree to the requested order.”

“I’m not abusing her and I don’t abuse her, so there’s no reason for such an order,” he stated, while also criticizing his ex.

Phypers described the 54-year-old reality star as openly confrontational and said she even involves friends and family in the conflict. Evidence from Phypers’ call logs indicated that Richards called him multiple times on two separate days in August.

In his remarks, Phypers also mentioned he found a tracking device on his vehicle, which Richards allegedly confessed to placing there.

He further claimed that on August 3rd, Richards arrived at their home uninvited. Phypers accused her of forcibly entering other family spaces and vandalizing his belongings, saying, “Denise violently destroyed my phone and tossed it in the trash.”

Phypers referred to Richards’ request for a restraining order as “silly” and a form of harassment, suggesting it’s a tactic to evade responsibility for support. He also noted that he had taken many professional photographs of her, retaining copyright over those images.

The couple’s legal disputes escalated when Richards accused Phypers of “aggressive” physical and verbal abuse. A judge later granted her a temporary protection order. Phypers denied these claims and shot back with allegations about Richards’ supposed drug issues.

Richards’ legal team has declined to engage in public discussions about the accusations, emphasizing they will handle matters in court.

Recently, Richards was allowed to return to their home to collect her belongings and pets without breaching the restraining order.
