Aaron Phypers claims Denise Richards is addicted to Vicodin and is involved in a continuous affair.

Aaron Phypers has accused his estranged wife, Denise Richards, of developing an obsession with Vicodin and starting a “continuous” relationship with another man. This comes after he previously addressed shocking abuse allegations against him, as reported.

In a revealing letter to friends and family, obtained by Page Six, Phypers calls for “intervention” regarding Richards’ alleged drug problem, which he claims has even affected his 14-year-old daughter, Eloise.

He states, “For almost a decade, she has been battling an addiction to Vicodin—which she humorously refers to as ‘vitamin D’—along with Adderall and Tequila.” Phypers adds that some people have been aware of her struggles for over 20 years, noting her declining diet and past instances where he witnessed her passing out.

He also mentions that Richards was involved in a situation he discovered earlier this year. Phypers writes that she pleaded with him not to leave her, insisting that she had done nothing wrong and that she loved him, only to later deny everything, including a concerning message he discovered.

Furthermore, he alleges that Richards was the one who physically assaulted him on July 4th, which coincides with the date he filed for divorce. “After a simple task of ordering food for Eloise led to a shocking discovery, she accused me of using her credit card, and my phone went missing in the chaos,” he claims. After searching for more than 20 hours, he found it hidden under trash.

Phypers claims he and his parents have endured “abuse” since the divorce proceedings began. “I’ve experienced stalking (there was an air tag in my car), and I’ve been denied access to my belongings, while my elderly parents have felt threatened.” He describes the situation as “a cry for help” directed at Richards and requests prayers for her.

Once again, he firmly denies any allegations of abuse, stating, “I have never physically harmed my wife. Any actions I took were from concern, often in response to her attacks.”

Richards, aged 54, recently received a restraining order against Phypers, 52. In documents submitted to the court, which spanned up to six pages, she provided a photo showing injuries to her face, claiming he had abused her throughout their marriage.

Richards recounted several violent incidents during their relationship, claiming Phypers would suffocate her and threaten her life if she sought help. She described a heated argument on July 4th, stating that he invaded her personal space and yelled derogatory remarks at her.

Throughout their time together, she alleges he would grab her arms and physically intimidate her, while Phypers has contended that her accusations are unfounded and motivated by her own issues.

Insiders close to Phypers refute Richards’ claims, alleging the photographs from her restraining order were misleading and taken when she was intoxicated. It was noted that Phypers opted for divorce earlier this month, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
