Aaron Rodgers angry after teammate weighing 300 pounds tackles him during a celebration

Aaron Rodgers’ Frustration in Recent Game Against Bengals

During a recent away game against the Cincinnati Bengals, Aaron Rodgers expressed his frustration toward a teammate. The incident occurred after the four-time MVP was unexpectedly tackled by offensive tackle Broderick Jones during a celebration following a touchdown.

With just under three minutes left on the clock, Rodgers connected with tight end Pat Friermuth for a 68-yard touchdown pass. However, the moment was abruptly interrupted when the 311-pound Jones jumped on him in celebration. At 41 years old, Rodgers is still navigating the aftermath of a season-ending Achilles injury he suffered just two years ago.

Despite rolling on the ground in pain, Rodgers appeared relatively unharmed. Jones attempted to help him up, but the veteran quarterback quickly pushed him away, perhaps indicating his irritation with the tackle.

The excitement was short-lived, as the Bengals, led by newly acquired Joe Flacco, clinched the game 33-31. In his debut with Cincinnati, Flacco threw for 347 yards and three touchdowns. He reflected on the game, saying, “It felt good. Sometimes if you play for too long, the game can lose its energy. But it’s all about your mindset. If you can stay excited, you can keep playing for as long as you want.”

Though the Steelers now hold a record of four wins and two losses, they still lead the AFC North.
