New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers used a post on X on Thursday to say he “never” was of the opinion that the Sandy Hook Elementary School attack didn’t happen.
On Wednesday, Breitbart News pointed to a CNN report that claimed Rogers once said, “Sandy Hook never happened.”
CNN report There were two occasions when Mr. Rogers allegedly questioned the legitimacy of the Dec. 14, 2012, school shooting.
Reporter Pamela Brown claims that Mr. Rogers spoke to her at the 2013 Kentucky Derby and “asserted that it was actually an inside government job and that the media was deliberately ignoring it.”
Another person quoted anonymously said Mr. Rogers also told him about the school attack and said, “Sandy Hook never happened…All those kids never existed. They were all actors.”
But Rogers said he never questioned whether an attack occurred.
He posted:

On November 25, 2013, Breitbart News reported that the Connecticut State Attorney for the Danbury District said that all the guns and ammunition involved in the brutal Sandy Hook Elementary School attack were legally purchased by Nancy Lanza and were later transferred to her The newspaper reported that her son said he had stolen them and used them to kill her. He then murdered 26 people at the school.
