It's becoming increasingly clear that Aaron Rodgers, who turns 41 next week, is not 100% healthy.
Rodgers tore his Achilles tendon on just his fourth snap in a New York Jets uniform last year, but he appeared to turn back the clock a bit in Week 3 against the New England Patriots.
But since then, he's looked like a 40-year-old quarterback coming off a major injury.

Rodgers has limped off the field several times in recent weeks, but it appears he's doing everything he can to avoid being off the field.
This reportedly includes avoiding scans for potential injuries.
NFL Network reported that Rodgers “was resisting undergoing scans, not wanting to reveal the severity of his injury for fear of having to be removed from the field.”

Sure, you can't blame Rodgers for wanting to play, but it's also very clear that he's not the solution, but rather part of the problem – albeit a lot.
The Jets went 3-8 despite many expecting them to break their playoff drought, the longest of any of North America's four major professional sports leagues.
Earlier this week, owner Woody Johnson fired general manager Joe Douglas. Last month, he fired Robert Saleh.
It's becoming increasingly unlikely that Rodgers will return to the Jets next season. In fact, according to one report, Coach Johnson wanted to bench Rodgers after the team's loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 4, but Rodgers apparently suffered a hamstring injury. He says that he is ignoring it.

New York is in a bye week, so Rodgers could probably convince Jets leadership to let him stay next season if he gets a little healthier, but many signs point to the front office's resolve being made. It shows.
Rodgers is completing 63.4% of his passes, but is on pace for the second-fewest total yards in a full season, and his 88.9 QBR is the lowest he has ever recorded in a full season.
