“I'm not retreating that darkness. I don't need that crap,” Hayward recently said on his podcast. “You want to be a Pittsburgh Steeler or not. It's easy. It's simple. It's pitch. If you want to recruit, that's the recruitment pitch. If you want to be a part of the Pittsburgh Steelers, otherwise you don't have any skin from your back.”
