Abbott orders Texas DPS strike teams to assist federal illegal immigration enforcement

Greg Abbott, Governor of Texas, has led the State Public Security Bureau (DPS) tactical strike team to support the Trump administration's operations to find and arrest illegal immigrants in the state.

“Texas is expanding its business to protect Americans and enforce the ruling of the law,” said Abbot on Tuesday. “Today, I instructed the Texas Public Security Bureau to deploy a tactical strike team in cooperation with the federal partner to implement the Immigration Law for the entire state.

“These teams will adjust with the National Land Security Organization, track thousands of illegal immigrants with aggressive warrants throughout Texas, and expell us from Japan.” Abbott added。 “After the four -year policy fails, Texas finally has a partner to President Trump. Together, we will end this crisis and make the United States secure again.”
