ABC News debate moderator David Muir fact-checked a joke former President Donald Trump previously made about the 2020 election.
“Mr. “Mr. President,” Mr. Muir began. “for three and One half year rear you Lost of 2020 election, you repetition Falsely Claimed that you Victory, and Many times, say you Winner in One “Landslide.”
Muir then cited Trump's recent comments about the 2020 election.
“in of past Couple of week, Take the lead above To this Discussion, you Have Said, Citation, you 'Lost by One Beard,' that you Citation, 'I didn't very make that,' that you 'Came above One a bit a bit short.'”
“Did I say that?” Trump asked.
“Are you now admitting that you lost in 2020?” Muir responded.
“No, I make no admission of that at all. I was just being sarcastic,” Trump said.
“I saw your video. You said, 'I lost by a narrow margin.' I didn't't Detect “Irony,” repeated Muir.
