Abrego Garcia Pulled Over In Vehicle Owned By Convicted Human Smuggler

Kilmer Abrego Garcia, an illegal immigrant whose deportation to El Salvador has won a national controversy, was drawn to a vehicle owned by a formerly convicted human smuggler, federal authorities confirmed.

Abrego Garcia was suspected of human smuggling after being drawn to a Tennessee highway in 2022, when local authorities discovered they were transporting eight passengers without luggage. The vehicle being driven by Abrego Garcia belonged to the illegal immigrant Jose Ramon Hernandez Rays. When Tennessee Highway Patrol Officer stopped Abrego Garcia on December 1, 2022, he was found driving eight other passengers across the country. He allegedly drove them from Texas to Maryland, but according to court documents reviewed by the Daily Caller, no individual who had any baggage was allegedly had no baggage on them.

Abrego Garcia is said to have tried to confuse law enforcement officers by pretending he understands less English than he actually knew, answering questions with his own questions. He told officers that the vehicle he was driving belonged to his “boss” who worked in construction.

Although he does not have a valid driver’s license and is allegedly suspected of smuggling passengers, Abrego Garcia was eventually let go at the request of the FBI and was given a warning about driving on an expired license.

According to DHS, the owner of the vehicle Abrego Garcia was driving that day, and the man he called his “boss” is said to be the man he called his “boss” is a Mexican citizen who went illegally into the United States after pleading guilty to smuggling illegal immigrants. Despite alleged suspicions of MS-13 gang members and wife Beater, Democrats flew to El Salvador, surpassing their demands to bring Abrego Garcia back to US Democratic Sen. Chris Van Hollen, and a few days later, four Democrats also demanded his return.

Abrego Garcia was ousted of more than 200 Venezuelans and Salvadoran citizens in March and sent to the Terrorism Confinement Centre (CECOT), a mega prison built to house the country’s gang population and other violent criminals. The White House admitted in court applications that his deportation was the result of a misdeed, but the administration stood by his removal due to his gang connections and alleged other criminal acts.

Local law enforcement in Prince George County, Maryland arrested Abrego Garcia in March 2019 and observed a loving affair with two other MS-13 members. According to Documents released by the Department of Justice. “A reliable source of information with a proven track record” is said to Prince George’s police station that Abrego Garcia was a member of the MS-13 and identified his nickname and rank within the gang.

According to court documents, an immigration judge in 2019 held that he was a member of MS-13 and denied a request for release from the bond. When he appealed the decision to the Immigration Appeals Committee, the board ruled in the favor of the judge and found that Abrego Garcia had not fully proven that he was not a member of the gang.

Abrego Garcia was eventually released after successfully requesting that the removal order be withheld. The order, similar to asylum, banned his deportation in El Salvador.

Abrego Garcia’s gang bonds aren’t just past incidents that have returned to hurt their image with the public.

In early April, DHS issued a domestic violence control order in 2021, which Abrego Garcia’s wife Jennifer Vasquez Sula had previously sought.

Buquere made it clear that he would not bring Abrego Garcia back to the United States, but court documents confirm that he is no longer bound by CECOT, but is now “his own room with his bed and furniture, and that he was not in solitary cell.
