‘Act Like SEAL Team 6’: Diddy’s Alleged ‘Drug Mule’ Brendan Paul Said to Testify with Immunity

The individual implicated as the “drug mule” in the Sean “Diddy” Combs case testified on Friday after securing immunity from the government, according to reports.

Paul was detained in March 2024 during a Department of Homeland Security operation and later faced cocaine possession charges in connection with a federal probe into Diddy’s actions.

Federal agents reportedly discovered 0.7 grams of cocaine among Paul’s belongings. As reported by the New York Times, Paul claimed the drugs were for Diddy due to his “loyalty.”

In his testimony, Paul mentioned that he procured drugs for social events and sexual encounters, and he set up a hotel room for such purposes.

He described a night that seemed to lack any criminal intentions, asserting that the individual referred to as “Jane” appeared to engage in activities consensually, according to the NYT.

Paul mentioned discussing with Diddy’s legal representative whether he felt “hesitant” or “anxious” about those nights.

Drug use was notably central to the government’s case against Diddy.

Both Cassie Ventura and “Jane” testified that Diddy supplied drugs like Ecstasy and MDMA, indicating attempts to curb unwanted sexual advances.

Having been hired as Diddy’s personal assistant in 2022, Paul served for 18 months prior to his arrest, as per the outlet.

He recounted that another member of Diddy’s staff remarked that the job would consume all of Paul’s personal time, advising him to end relationships and urging him to be available at all times.

Paul recalled that they sought to operate as discreetly as an elite military unit, specifically mentioning Seal Team 6.

Allegations included instructions for Paul to procure an array of substances, including marijuana and cocaine, along with a pink mixture of ketamine and MDMA.

According to reports, these drugs were often concealed within Gucci bags, a term that gained traction among the staff.

Paul allegedly texted about spending $780 on “personal Gucci items,” noting that the bags were taken to a themed event that promoted partying and drug use.

During cross-examination, Diddy’s attorney, Brian Steele, questioned the extent of Paul’s narcotics purchases.

Paul reportedly testified that he engaged in such purchases fewer than ten times throughout his employment. Steele asked whether Paul had clarified to officials that he was not, in fact, a “drug mule.” Paul affirmed this claim.

Diddy has denied all charges against him.
