Paul Hogan’s Son Arrested in Domestic Incident

The son of actor Paul Hogan, famed for his role in “Crocodile Dundee,” has been arrested following a reported domestic disturbance. This incident occurred at Hogan’s home in Venice Beach on a recent Friday morning, around 10:30 a.m., and involved his 27-year-old son, Chance.

According to reports, police were summoned to the residence after receiving a call about potential domestic violence. When authorities arrived, both Paul and an unnamed woman spoke with them. Interestingly, Chance reportedly left the scene before law enforcement could talk to him.

Later, the Los Angeles Police Department managed to find Chance and take him into custody. His bail has been set at $20,000.

Due to the sensitive nature of domestic battery cases, the police have refrained from disclosing further details. It remains unclear who else might have been involved in the situation, although it was noted that a woman was seen filling out paperwork for the police.

The day after the incident, Paul Hogan, who is 86 years old, was spotted at a local convenience store in Venice. Witnesses mentioned that he seemed to be going about his day, perhaps reflecting on the recent turmoil.

Chance has faced ongoing mental health challenges, which have reportedly been troubling for the family. Not long ago, he shared a troubling video on social media, expressing feelings of despair, stating he wanted to be killed.

Sources close to the family have indicated that Paul is understandably distressed by his son’s actions and their implications. He is seeking to provide Chance with the help he requires but acknowledges that new boundaries are necessary for their relationship moving forward.

In a more personal note, a source expressed the emotional toll this has taken on Paul: “As a father, this is devastating. Unless Chance is acquitted or the charges are dropped, this will hang over him.” Paul is feeling a sense of blame, believing he has somehow let his son down amidst this very serious situation.

At this point, Paul has not responded publicly to inquiries regarding his son’s arrest.
