In a recent interview with Dr. Phil, former President Donald Trump offered scathing criticism and abuse of his political opponents, including Adam Schiff (“watermelon head”) and Joe Biden (“very retarded”).
Regarding Biden administration officials who have weaponized the legal system against him, Trump called them “sick and evil people.”
President Trump met with Dr. Phil McGraw at Mar-a-Lago this week for a wide-ranging interview that included unsparing insults against those who tried to interfere in the upcoming election by sending the former president to prison.
Trump also spoke about foreign policy, describing how the Biden administration’s mishandling of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has brought the world to the brink of nuclear war and put the American people at risk.
But he saved his most memorable lines for his political opponents.
(1) His harshest criticism was directed at Rep. Schiff (D-Calif.), one of the chief architects of the Russia collusion hoax.
“I call him a watermelon head. He has the thinnest neck I’ve ever seen, and it holds up his head. His neck is like a size six. He’s a very unattractive man, inside and out,” Trump said.
“People say, ‘Oh, that’s a horrible thing to say,’ and that’s fine, they’re just completely unattractive guys. The thing is, they’re bad people and they’re not easy to deal with. You know, there are kids and families and wives involved and you read something and most of it is just not true, totally untrue.”
(2) Biden is “severely mentally disabled”
At one point, Trump spoke about foreign countries sending prisoners and undesirables into the U.S. through Biden’s open border policy.
“The United States of America has become a garbage dump because of a very mentally flawed president, and it’s not him. I don’t believe it’s him. I think he knows what’s going on,” Trump said.
“I think he’s a really evil guy, but he’s not in great form and if you look at his foreign policy over the years, he’s never been great. You look at how badly he handled the crime bill in the 1990s, how badly he handled it on all fronts.”
(3) The Deep State is “extremely incompetent.”
“Our country is run by totally incompetent people, headed by a president who should never be there,” Trump said.
(4) “They are evil people. They are sick, evil people.”
President Trump slammed left-wing prosecutors for trying to use the justice system as a weapon against him.
“I have a lot of lawyer friends, and over the last few months, about 25 of them have told me, ‘Do not testify under any circumstances, because if you say anything even remotely off-base, you will be charged with lying or perjury,'” he said.
“They’re evil people. They’re sick, evil people.”
(5) Trump hinted at “revenge” if he wins the November election.
“Well, revenge takes time. And sometimes revenge is justified, Phil. To be honest, sometimes it is justified.”
