“Hey, Hunter! Roll another round of Congressional blunts, Brawl Stars,” the video begins, as the actor who plays Afroman and Hunter Biden pulls up to smoke a cigarette in the back seat of a black SUV.
“He was going to get his laptop fixed, but Hunter got high,” Afroman sings.
