Tractor Supply Co., a Tennessee-based retail chain founded in 1938, has become enthralled with DEI and other systems ostensibly designed to maximize corporate compliance with left-wing ideology.

I got it. According to Compact, the company not only requires employees to take “LGBTQIA+ training,” but also funds gender reassignment surgery through its health insurance. sponsor A so-called “family-friendly” cross-dressing performance.

Conservative filmmaker Robbie Starbuck and others, who undoubtedly gained insight from the Bud Light incident into corporations’ intolerance of consumer backlash, launched a campaign examining Tractor Supply’s racially-biased policies, gender ideology, and overall commitment to an alienating and extreme worldview.

Tractor Supply realized that these efforts were unpopular with its customer base and quickly abandoned its awareness-raising efforts, issuing a statement on June 27 saying it had “taken this feedback seriously.”

Revealed The company will no longer submit data to the large LGBT activist group known as the Human Rights Campaign, and will eliminate its DEI role. [its] They will rescind their “current DEI goal,” remove their carbon emissions target, and refocus their team member engagement groups on mentoring, networking, and supporting the business.

This singular battle against the Awakened was short-lived and won, but the broader war continues to rage.

The conservative filmmaker noted that John Deere is “one of the most beloved brands of conservative farmers, but it has recently undergone a reawakening under the leadership of CEO John May.”

In addition to the company’s apparent pandering to LGBT activists, Starbuck also took issue with John Deere’s apparent disregard for American workers, pointing out that “Deere also just announced job cuts in the U.S. and plans to move the majority of its production from the U.S. to Mexico.”

The company plans to lay off about 600 workers at three U.S. plants as it moves production to its facility in Ramos, Mexico.
report CNN.

About 310 American workers will lose their jobs at two John Deere plants in Dubuque and Davenport, Iowa, as of Aug. 30. An additional 280 workers will be laid off at the plant in East Moline, Illinois.

Not only is the company firing American workers and calling for the approval of LGBT activists, it also appears unconcerned with pleas from groups like the National Legal and Policy Center.
Criticized John Deere has in recent months pursued a so-called “green” agenda that seems at odds with the very industry it serves.

“To say the least, John Deere seems to have forgotten who its customers are,” Starbuck wrote. “As a farmer myself, I am disgusted to see what was once a great American brand now steered in a direction that embraces left-wing policies that are antithetical to the values of most farmers.”

“It is unclear whether CEO John May is deliberately enforcing these policies or whether things are out of control and Mr May is unaware of how bad it is,” Starbuck continued. “Mr May’s response to this will make very clear his responsibility in implementing conscious policies.”

In the video, Starbucks offered its email and corporate services number to potential customers who want to speak up, saying its intention isn’t to disrupt but to “inform consumers about the values that big companies embrace so they can choose what they stand for.”

“If we use our voices and our wallets to vote for our values, we can change the world and restore great American companies to healthy culture, meritocracy and culture war neutrality. Or we can embolden our competitors to fight for our business,” Starbuck added.

Starbucks’ latest criticism, like an earlier video criticizing Tractor Supply, appears to be going viral, with over 4 million views on X alone.
