After hearing an announcement that the plane was waiting for the arrival of law enforcement, Baquero headed for the plane in front of the plane. He pushed it out and began knocking on the flight deck door., “The pilot needs to go outside!”
“As the flight attendant tried to intervene, Vaquero said, “I'll really break your f—————————————————————————————————– I want to see the Captain! When the captain appears, Baquero continues to intimidate the captain, six inches from his face until law enforcement intervenes,” they added.

He appeared in the first court on Monday before being released. If convicted, Baquero will sentence him to a maximum sentence in 20 years in prison, with a maximum fine of $250,000.
“During the three-hour flight, Vaquero lost his temper, bringing the threat of physical violence against not only the crew and captain but also passengers, as well as disabled minors, ocking a group of Jewish passengers. He claims he laughed, agent Terrence Riley said in a statement.

“When an eyewitness slammed on the cockpit door and said he had confronted the pilot, it peaked with a horrifying attack and attempted to violate the flight deck,” Riley added. “The recent tragic flights and other similar incidents on planes have created tension and fear in flyers and crews. FBI Newark has warned those who think it's not a big deal. They are breaking federal laws, and they will. They will be brought to trial.”
