Alabama assistant principal arrested for triple murder

An Alabama middle school assistant principal has been charged with murder for torturing and killing three people more than a decade ago.

Keante Harris, 45, and three others were arrested last week in connection with an unsolved triple homicide that occurred in Union City, Georgia, in January 2013, authorities said.

Harris, the assistant principal at McAdory Middle School in Birmingham, was placed on administrative leave immediately after the charges were filed, school officials said.
