Alabama suspect Willie Frank Peterson arrested after having commuted sentence, thanks to Biden

The convicted offender whose sentence was commuted by former President Joe Biden has returned to the back of the bar.

Willie Frank Peterson, 52, was convicted in 2023 of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and was sentenced to six years and three months in prison. His ruling began on September 13, 2023, according to court records obtained by Fox News Digital.

According to the January 17th Clementy executive grant, Biden notified Peterson's sentence for 20 months and was able to leave custody soon thereafter.

However, on Monday, Peterson was booked for multiple drug-related attacks in Dothan, Alabama. The Dothan Police Department has charged Peterson with one count of two illegal possession of a controlled substance and one possession of marijuana.

Peterson was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and three firearm-related crimes, according to police records.

On his final days of his presidency, Biden showed significant generosity in the number of criminals he had declared. He boasted that it was done “The biggest day grant of generosity” On December 12, when he notified the sentence for 1,500 people and allowed 39 other people.

On January 17, he notified the prison sentences of nearly 2,500 prisoners, primarily non-violent drug offences.

“Today's tolerant behavior provides relief to individuals who receive long sentences based on the unreliable distinction between cracks and powdered cocaine. For drug crimes.” Biden said at the time.

“This action has now issued more individual pardons and conflicts than any president in US history.”
