Luxury Living in Miami Beach

Miami Beach’s tallest tower may lack a soccer field, but it certainly has its own perks when it comes to upscale living.

Alessandro Nesta, a renowned Italian coach and former soccer star—considered one of the best defenders ever—along with his partner Gabriella Pagnozzi, has recently acquired three one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartments in Five Park Miami Beach, as reported by Gimme Shelter.

The collective cost for these units on the 19th, 20th, and 24th floors amounted to $4.3 million. However, the exact amount Nesta and Pagnozzi paid for their luxurious residences remains unclear.

Nesta, who is currently the head coach of Serie A club Monza, expressed his affection for Miami Beach, highlighting its “special energy” and the “incredible connection” that the 28-story residential tower, reaching 519 feet, creates between Fifth City South and the wider city.

Among the three condos, two offer ocean views as well as views of the bay and a nearby park. The apartments vary in size, ranging from 878 to 1,000 square feet, and each comes equipped with a chef’s kitchen featuring Italian oak cabinetry designed by Gabellini Shepherd, along with a private terrace.

Previously reported, NBA forward Precious Achiuwa—who has played for the New York Knicks and Miami Heat and now signed with the Sacramento Kings—also owns a unit in the building.

Five Park, developed by David Martin’s Terra and Russell Galbutt’s GFO Investments, represents the first new condominium project in the area in over a decade, boasting numerous health and wellness amenities adjacent to the three-acre Canopy Park.

The sixth floor offers an oceanfront terrace with a poolside restaurant, Café Flora, while a social club exclusively for residents is located on the 26th floor, alongside a library, outdoor terrace, and gym area. To top it off, there’s also a co-working space, a screening room, and a beach club.

The architectural design is credited to Architectonica, with interiors by Gabellini Shepherd. Sales for Five Park are managed by Douglas Elliman of Florida, with Nesta being represented by Corrado Collini of Elliman.
