Alex Murdauh, a former banker and accomplice in the disgraceful law apocalypse, agreed to a guilty plea in helping with some of his financial crimes.
Court records Obtained by WCIV Russell Lafitte has pleaded guilty last week to several federal fraud charges, showing that he will spend five years in prison.
Records show that Laffitte also agreed to pay $3,555,884.80 in criminal compensation. Additionally, former bank CEOs are not permitted to work for federal insurance banks or credit unions without prior consent.
At the time of the crime, Lafitte was CEO of Palmetto State Bank and is said to have used his position to carry out the plan. He also acted as a parent or financial representative for Mardau’s personal injury clients.

Lafite’s family founded a bank in 1907 in the same country town of Hampton, South Carolina.
In his previous testimony, Raffitte claimed that he simply did what Mardo had asked him and was unaware of the attorney’s alleged scheme.
In 2022, ju-decides convicted Lafitte for helping Mardau steal about $2 million from his client.

Lafitte was sentenced nearly seven months after his seven-year conviction in prison and ordered to pay $3.5 million in reparations.
However, Lafite’s decision was reversed in November 2024, when the Court of Appeal held that during trial the removal of two ju appellants violated Lafite’s fifth amendment rights.
Lafitte was fired from the bank shortly after it was revealed that he had stole Mulder and Murder’s lawyer friend and university roommate Corey Fleming from a legal client named Hakeum L. Pinkney, a deaf athlete, following a hearing impaired car accident.

The judge ordered Mulder and Fleming to pay the insurance company millions in January 2025 after attempting to steal about $4 million in insurance funds from his housekeeper’s family after her death in January 2025.
Mardau’s housekeeper Gloria Satterfield appears to have tripped and fell on the stairs in front of Mulders’ house in a South Carolina hunting complex, Mosel and later died in the hospital.
The $4 million Mardo stole from the Sutterfield family is part of 100 financial crime claims filed against Mulder, who has millions of involved in funds stolen from his former law firm client.

Mulder was previously ordered to serve for 40 years in financial crimes in federal courts and 27 years in financial crimes in state courts.
Those sentences came on top of his life sentence Kill his wife, Maggie Paul, his youngest son in 2021.
Ju Court in Colleton County It was discovered that an embarrassing lawyer was found guilty of shooting Maggie and Paul near a dog kennel in the family’s hunting complex in June of that year. Prosecutors say he was trying to distract him from his increased financial crimes.
