Alex Rodriguez strolls with girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro during dreamy vacation

Alex Rodriguez and girlfriend Jacqueline Cordeiro didn’t miss a workout during their dream trip to Europe.

The Yankees legend and fitness entrepreneur showed off his ripped abs on the beach in Sardinia on Friday, as seen in photos obtained exclusively by The Washington Post.

Rodriguez, 48, and Cordiello, 44, held hands as they strolled along the sandy beach.

Other photos showed the couple on a boat with other passengers, including Ms Rodriguez’s daughters Natasha, 19, and Ella, 16.

Cordiello, who looked stunning in a bright red bikini, was also seen driving a jet ski.

The group spent time together on a private boat, where Rodriguez was seen lounging in black swim shorts and tinted sunglasses.

The 14-time MLB All-Star and current MLB commentator for Fox Sports would normally be vacationing overseas at this time of year.

The couple’s European trip came about after Rodriguez discussed Cordeiro’s influence on his own fitness journey.

Rodriguez has spoken candidly about gaining weight during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lost 32 pounds last fall.

“Everything is going well. [with us]”Thank God,” Rodriguez told The Post in April, “she’s been a positive influence on me. I continue to work hard, stay in shape and try to emulate her great work ethic and health habits.”

The 2009 World Series champion explained that he lost the weight by following a fitness program designed by Cordeiro.

“What I learned from her is just to be consistent, and that’s helped me a lot,” Rodriguez said. “I train seven days a week. I’ve cut back on steaks a lot. I was a big steak eater. I used to eat steak eight days out of 10, and now it’s only one or two days.” [days] Take a 45-minute walk after dinner on each of those 10 days.”

Rodriguez made their relationship public in December 2022, sharing a photo of the couple posing together next to their two daughters.

Rodriguez and Cordeiro began dating after his split from fitness expert Catherine Paget.

He has two daughters, Natasha and Ella, with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis.
