Alex Rodriguez watches Timberwolves win with girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro

In the sea of disappointing fans surrounding him, Alex Rodriguez appeared to be enjoying herself while sitting next to his girlfriend on a Saturday night in Los Angeles.

That’s because the sixth seed Timberwolves, owned by Rodriguez’s team along with business partner Mark Roar, surprised the third seed Lakers, who won 117-95 in Game 1 of the NBA Playoffs Series in the first round.

Rodriguez, a 49-year-old former Yankee star, has won Game Courtside with Jaclyn Coldeiro, a fitness coach who has been linked since 2022.

Rodriguez and Roar were fighting with Glenn Taylor over the transfer of ownership of the Timberwolves, which was supposed to happen in three parts.

Taylor believed that the other parties violated the terms of sale and attempted to wipe out the transaction.

But earlier this month, Taylor agreed not to appeal the arbitrator’s ruling from February to endorse Rodriguez and lore, and to assign full ownership of the Timberwolves and the WNBA wolves, ESPN reported.

Rodriguez and Roa initially agreed to buy the team in 2021 for $1.5 billion.

After Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez cut off their engagement in 2021, A. Rod dated Kathryn Paget.

The couple split in 2022 and were revealed as Cordeiro in December of that year.

Rodriguez said last year that Cordeiro was a “good influence” on him and would help him lose over 30 pounds.

“I’m working hard, trying to maintain shape and continue trying to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices,” he said last April.

The Timberwolves, who lost last year’s Western Conference Finals, will try to take a 2-0 series lead on Tuesday.
