Alicia Keys uses Grammy win to make impassioned plea for diversity: 'DEI is not a threat, it's a gift'

Alicia Keys used her remarks at the Grammy Awards in the second half of Sunday, and made an enthusiastic petition for diversity,

“This is not the time to shut down the diversity of voices. We have seen it at this stage. I have seen talented and diligent people with various viewpoints. Global Impact Award said.

“Day is not a threat, a gift, and the more voices you have, the more powerful the sound will be,” he added and mentioned diversity, fairness, and inclusion.

Comments from the key come after President Trump targets DEI practice at the start of the second phase of the White House.

“My administration has taken actions to abolish all discriminatory diversity, fairness, and inclusion nonsense -these are an absolute nonsense policy -the government and the entire private sector.”

Trump also wrote a presidential order to “abolish” DEI offices in the Defense and National Land Security.

And last week, Trump seemed to be accused of diversity in the Federal Aviation Bureau (FAA) due to a fatal aerial collision between American Airlines flights and Army helicopters near Reagan Washington National Airport. I did it.

“When destructive power tries to burn us, we risen from ash like Phoenix, and as you see tonight, music is an inseparable language that connects us. Keys are keys. I said at the Grammy Award.

“So, let's keep watching the soul care, empathy and empathy. Continue to open the door and have a dream of the world,” she added.

At the Grammy Awards, Lady Gaga supported the transgender people and said, “Invisible.”

“Trans people deserve love,” said my rain singer.

“Music is love,” she continued.
