Alicia Silverstone will again perform Schael Horowitz in the follow-up to the new television series of the hit 1995 comedy Clueless.
The 48-year-old actor is set as the star and executive producer for the Peacock episode sequel. The show is written and produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, the most famous of Gossip Girl.
The original film writer and director Amy Heckerling will also be taking part as an executive producer.
Jane Austen’s loosely based ignorance on Emma took the life of a spoiled LA teenager and the lives of her attempts. The film, which also starred Paul Rudd and Brittany Murphy, was a hit on the sleeper at the box office and became an even bigger hit on home video.
Following this film, the TV series regained much of its cast, except for Silverstone. It also became a stage musical that opened in the West End earlier this year.
“I think people are talking about A. [sequel] ever since the film happened” Silverstone I said last year. “Has it only been 30 years? It’s always a fun conversation. It’s so lovely to see people still love the film. It’s so nice.”
Silverstone went to the Batman & Robin star, and in an explosion of the past, most recently appeared in Lodge and Yorgos Lantimos’ “The Murder of the Sacred Deer.” She is reunited with Lantimos for his next film, “Bagonia.” She also leads Netflix’s upcoming Christmas rom-coms across from Oliver Hudson.
She recreated her ignorant role Super Bowl Advertisement 2023 for the Rakten.
There was an attempt to change ignorance Mystery-based series Back in 2020, it finally stalled.
Details on the orientation of the new version remain unknown.
