Alix Earle Discusses Breakup with Braxton Berrios

In a recent podcast episode titled “Hot Confusion,” social media influencer Alix Earle, 24, opened up about her relationship with NFL player Braxton Berrios and confirmed that they have parted ways. She added some insights into the challenges of long-distance romances during the conversation.

Earle pointed out that speculation around their breakup likely stems from the way they present themselves publicly. Berrios has been with the Miami Dolphins for the last two seasons but recently signed with the Houston Texans. Meanwhile, Earle has been stationed mostly in South Florida.

During the podcast, she shared an amusing anecdote about how people assume that when they are seen separately, it signals a breakup. “When I go out, people often remark, ‘Oh, you and Braxton must be done because you’re at a party without him.’” She reflected on how trust is key in maintaining their relationship.

“I mean, I’m allowed to go out without my boyfriend. It might sound crazy, but we just trust each other. If Braxton were to say he couldn’t go out tonight, that wouldn’t really work for me,” she explained.

Earle continued, noting that despite rumors, they don’t have significant issues due to their long-distance situation. “We never really have those kinds of problems. Sure, he might get a little annoyed with the questions I have when he’s out with friends, but it’s nothing major.”

Wrapping up, Earle emphasized again that trust is essential for them, reinforcing her belief in a healthy relationship dynamic. “We just trust each other, and that makes everything a lot easier.”

As the NFL training camp has kicked off, the Texans are gearing up for a regular season opener against the Los Angeles Rams on September 7.
