At approximately 3:47 a.m. Friday, Tulsa Police officers found the robbery suspect lying on the sidewalk and bleeding after a pharmacy employee opened fire.
Broken Arrow Sentinel report The store employee was asleep inside the store when he was woken by the sound of glass breaking, and when he investigated the sound he saw the suspect reaching inside the store and trying to open the front door.
The employee grabbed a gun and fired.
According to the Sentinel, “When officers arrived on scene, they found an unidentified white man wearing a ski mask and a hoodie over his head lying on the sidewalk directly in front of the store. He had been shot multiple times.”
Tulsa Police Department I got it. The employee who shot and killed the suspected robber said, “The store had been robbed the night before, so he and his girlfriend had slept there overnight.”
The suspected robber is expected to survive.
