A mugshot released by authorities on Wednesday showed the suspect who killed a Chicago police officer appearing to be foaming at the mouth.
Darrion McMillian, 23, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder after a traffic stop turned fatal Monday night in the city's Chatham neighborhood, Chicago police said.

Authorities allege McMillian crashed his car and fled into an apartment building, where he removed his ankle monitor with a knife.
